Winery

Our winery was founded in 2005 and manages more than 100 hectares of vineyards in the Mikulov sub-region near the Palava Hills. We focus on customers with high demands for design and quality of wines produced exclusively from Moravian grapes. Since the beginning we use modern screw-top caps and glass caps. Our wines regularly receive awards at prestigious national and international competitions.

Our vineyards

The quality of our wines is based on the way we care for vines in the vineyard. We work hard to achieve the required quality of wines, beginning with pruning and subsequent handling of the vines. We use skillful human hands and also the latest technology. According to the style of an approach to the vines, the harvest is divided into three levels. A basic, attributive and selective. The basic raw material is used in manufacturing of the Village lines which are light wines, juicy and uncomplicated. Another phase of the harvest after the basic raw material - attributive is used to produce the Cépage and Cuvée lines. Wines in this lines are variety specific and balanced in taste. Optimally matured raw material is the soul of the highest product line of Petangue. These wines get their character from their vineyard terroir.

Currently we manage vineyards in the village of Drnholec - the Šibeniční vrch and Slunečný vrch tracks, in the village of Nový Přerov - the Langewarte track, and in the village of Klentnice - the Bavorsko and Pod lomem tracks. In 2017 we want to proceed with planting of new vineyards in the village of Drnholec – the U Křížku and Výsluní tracks, in the village of Březí – the Ořechová hora track, and in the village of Mikulov – the Za cihelnou track.
